William D. Agee, Jr. C.P.M., C.E.M., CPP, CPE
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Agee was a Vice President with a large international, management consulting and educational firm specializing in World Class Education, Procurement Services, Quality Management, Sales, Manufacturing and Human Resources. Mr. Agee has been involved in purchasing, sales and materials management at various levels for over twenty years. With degrees in Marketing and Management, his experience covers the fields of wholesale, retail, service, industrial and manufacturing. He currently works with many major corporations across the United States, Europe, Asia and South America. Mr. Agee has also taught Purchasing, Materials Management, Production Planning and Operations Management at Baylor University. He authorized the computer simulation program entitled "The Smart Buyer" and is completing a new book to measure purchasing performance. The book is entitled, "New Measures for Purchasing Performance."

Steven L. Clayborn, CPCM, CPM, CPP
Mr. Clayborn has approximately thirty years of experience in the fields of procurement, purchasing and budgetary controls connected with various areas of the Federal Government. Currently, Mr. Clayborn conducts training and consulting activities connected in the areas of the FAR's (Federal Acquisition Regulations), purchasing fundamentals, team building and financial analysis. Currently, he is establishing a new set of FAR training programs to assist the transition toward for profit orientation among governmental agencies. With extensive work experience both in the U.S. and abroad, Mr. Clayborn will be assisting in the new cultural diversity and business training courses covering the highly volatile and growing global marketplace.

Henry F. Garcia, C.P.M.
Mr. Garcia bring a broad depth of both experience and education to the purchasing and supply management field. Mr. Garcia has over thirty-years of practical purchasing management experience combined with several years as both an Instructor on the college level and seminar instructor. A very qualified and well published professional that can move a company forward through training or his consultation. A specialist in cost controls, supply chain management and new trends in materials controls.

Van Dyke Gray, BS, MBA, Phd, CPIM
Dr. Gray is an experienced consultant and trainer in the fields of manufacturing and operations management. He has been affiliated with the Center for Manufacturing Excellence where he trained in the areas of MRP and MRP II applications. Dr. Gray has published several articles in the field of manufacturing technology, theory of constraints, inventory management and strategic management. Currently he is doing some major systems re-alignments with major manufacturers in Canada and the U.S. Dr. Gray is an exceptionally polished trainer that combines the skill of a professional teacher with that of a hands-on practitioner. In connection with the consulting activities, he will be involved in the development of a new training module for the year 2000 manufacturer. Dr. Gray has also taught for Baylor University in Texas in both their undergraduate and graduate programs.

Myra McElhaney
Ms. McElhaney has spent over fifteen years in many different venues of business activities, with experience in sales and customer service. A background in fashion, retail operations, real estate and advertising fields adds practical insight and experiences to her training agendas. It is through this practical, first-hand knowledge of the workplace in conjunction with practical examples that allows Myra to retain the attention of audiences everywhere. She also has a great command for bringing the audience into the sessions and having a lively exchange. While she concentrates in the areas of diversity and people skills, Myra can also inspire a sales team to new heights. Ms. McElhaney uses encouragement and humor while challenging program participants to enjoy learning new information and practical skills. She is a published author of "Mama Always Says..." and "Reach for the Stars". It is the combination of all these characteristics that make for an enjoyable and rewarding event.

Patsy S. Perkins, BS, MA
Ms. Perkins has over twenty years experience helping businesses and non-profit organizations communicate more effectively, strengthen commitment to the team concept, and become more efficient by managing projects and problems more creatively. A specialist in people skill or soft skill development has assisted her to make many positive relationships across her journeys. Team building, Enhancing Listening Skills for Managers and Effective Communications are her primary focus. An international trainer and consultant, Ms. Perkins' platform skills draw the group into the activities through both group discussions and interactions. Many of her soft skill programs are used in some of the largest organizations in the country. The new course, "The Great Sacred Cow Cook-Out" has been a huge success in assisting companies reduce process steps in an operation and hereby lower the bottom line cost of operation.

Brent L. Smith, BS, MBA, CPM
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Smith was President of the Kodak Far East Purchasing Company, a subsidiary of the Eastman Kodak Company. In his tenure with Kodak, Mr. Smith was responsible for seven global purchasing offices. His background provides over fifteen years' experience in implementing and supporting worldwide information systems. Brent was also a member of Kodak's Purchasing Leadership Team which reengineered Kodak's corporate purchasing process. He has served as Director of the Greater Rochester (New York) International Business Council and is an instructor in the International Business Certification Programs sponsored by the council. Mr. Smith has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mathematics and quality management from Purdue University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business. Mr. Smith has been board certified by the National Association of Purchasing Management as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM). Currently, Mr. Smith is developing a new branch of instruction that will focus on the international acquisitions field.

Cheryl Shelton Williams, CPP, CNM
With over twelve years of experience in the dynamic and volatile telecommunications fields with emphasis in negotiations, supply-based management and international relations, Mrs. Williams currently conducts fundamental purchasing and negotiations courses across the U.S. A master in negotiations has her representing clients at negotiation tables across the country. With broad international experience in Africa, Europe and Asia, she will be an invaluable resource in implementing any of the training selections into your firm's daily environment. In another avenue of her expertise, she has practical hands-on experience in the implementation and training for ISO certification. Mrs. Williams has many years of experience in creating and developing training and educational materials.
